The copyright of each artwork remains with the artist (Lisa Hardy) and may not be reproduced by anyone without permission given by the artist. Images used on this website are the property of Lisa Hardy and must not be reproduced without expressed written permission.

Each artwork description is correct to the best of the artists knowledge and the measurements are to the closest cm. Although every endeavour is made to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens means colours may vary slightly.

Framing any work on paper in UV protected glass is recommended and to avoid hanging the artwork in direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time. The artist does not take responsibility for any discolouration over time for artwork not framed in recommended glass.

Original Artwork and commissions - No returns or refunds accepted. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please get in touch within 24hrs of receipt of the work and we will try to work to resolve your concerns.

If you have a specific timeframe for delivery, please ensure to email with the desired date. Artwork is sent from the UK. Please note that customers outside of the UK are responsible for any tax, duty charges and handling fees.

Should your artwork arrive damaged, please notify the artist within 24hrs of receipt of the artwork via email. Please take photographs of the artwork as well as the packaging it arrived in and forward these on.

All payments are taken in British Pounds and are charged at the current exchange rate. Paypal & Stripe are the most secure way of shopping online. When making a purchase using Paypal or Stripe, a your information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. None of your information can be used outside of the site and credit card details are not collected.
